My son has been training at Art Of War now for a few months now and it has been an awesome experience. My son has trained at 2 other gyms and when we moved here we had a hard time finding a gym that was family friendly and that meshed well with us. We decide to stop searching and finally found AOW. Since day 1 it felt like we were with family. My youngest is 2 and is too young to do any classes but that doesn't stop him from getting on the mats for some fun after class. Aaron teaches Judo and is an awesome instructor. The kids jiu jitsu class is taught by Art and Andrew, who are so patient with the kids, yet assertive at the same time. If you're looking for your child to learn discipline and sweet skills this is the place!

Me and my kids have been attending this school for a while now. I am 40 and they are 15 and 8. Classes are fun and we get a great workout in. Instructors are very knowledgeable and answer any questions you have no matter how small. I have been to a few schools over the years and this is one of my favorites. Family friendly, awesome place to hone your skills and teach your kids values. Highly recommended!

In my time being there, no gym has made me feel more welcome and comfortable quite like this one and I look forward to each training session every day that I go. The coaches and other members there treat you like family so checking the gym out is definitely worth it.
